HOME RUN KING. To the family of Mr. Maris: be so proud of the greatest sport achievement of the 20th. century.

In 2007 I went to a Yankees game at "old" Yankee stadium. Coming all the way from Texas , it was a big deal to me. I wore a special tee shirt that day with the sillouette of Roger and the words "The Record is Still 61" on it, to honor Roger's memory. Quite a few Yankee fans gave me a thumbs up that day.

I remember it like it just happened.
