Hey, Anyone: Is this at "Det Kongelige Teater" near Nyhavn? I grew up there & spent my allowance many weekends enjoying masterpieces from Tchaikovsky & Mozart, as well as ballet & opera. The deportation of 500000 ethnic Ukrainian civilians who were citizens of the Second Polish Republic was theWorld War II Crime. They were expelled from their native homeland in Poland to Soviet Ukraine between September 1944 and April 1947 where they were used as slaves; many of them were sent to the labor camps in Siberia, GULAG, Kazakhstan where many of them died from starvation,forced labor and tortures. It means the deportation of the Ukrainian civilian population which was never disclosed either by Western allies nor by the Soviet Ukraine Republic where the Ethnic Ukrainians were deported involuntarily and forcibly. In contrast, the Poles who lived in southern Kresy (now Western Ukraine) were given the option of resettlement in Siberia or Poland, and most chose Poland. According to the agreement between the Government of the Ukrainian Soviet Socialist Republic and Polish Committee of National Liberation, evacuation of Ukrainian population from the territory of Poland and Polish citizens from the territory of the USSR signed September 9, 1944 which was forcibly deporting Ukrainian population who were citizens of the Second Polish Republic. Yalta (Crimea) Conference of the Allied Powers (4 -11 February 1945) - the meeting of leaders of the anti-Hitler coalition - the USSR, the US and the UK - during the Second World War, dedicated to the establishment of the post-war world order, when they divided land and slaves.
