Opening the brush head is pain i the a**. Also this video is not covering the whole process of exchanging only the rubber hose (which I have received from Roidmi as a spare part under warranty). In my case it got holes in 2 models: F8 & X20
Is the short flexible hose of the head available as a spare part? It cracked on my F8, and it's not standard (incorporates electrical cables) so it isn't possible to replace it with a generic one, as in any other vacuum. The only way to fix it seems to buy an entire new head, which is around 90€... for a 1€ damage. By the way, the hose is black on the video, but light grey on mine...
