Basically, what you are trying to do, is summon as many bodies on the field. Summon 1, Link into Striker, use the Field Spell to summon 2 more (optimally), and then if you can summon 2 more monsters after that, that's game. Because you are going into a Borrel Link 4 (usually Sword or Guard cos the arrows help more for Elpy), then with your last summon, you go into Guardragon Elpy, summon Red-Eyes Darkness Metal, then another Rokket from your GY, and if you are playing Dillingerous you can make a second Borrel Link 4 and use their abilities to disrupt your opponent before he even begins playing, usually by popping something like Silverrokket to banish their Extra Deck monsters and summon a Magnarokket from the Deck so you can destroy one of their monsters when they finally put it down on the field. Personally, in order to achieve that, I use 3 Dragon Shrines and a Foolish burial for reliable access to Absorouter. If it's in my hand, then I special summon it from there. Quick Launch is an insane help too, as is Gateway Dragon for 2 free summons. You can also incorporate Galactic Spiral Dragon from Chaos Impact (special summons self from Hand or GY when you have 2 or more Light/Dark Dragons, insanely easy condition, dirt cheap card). Then there is also the world legacy cards (mostly succession and Guardragon) that also help put more bodies on the board. As you can imagine the deck is very susceptible to handtraps and Nibiru, but if you've got the money/expensive cards, Starliege Seyfert, Chaos Dragon Levianeer and Borreload Savage are very good options ;)
I'd say drop the second Boot Sector & throw in a Tempest, free special summon, free extender, and like you said, you can search out Boot Sector with Striker Dragon. + The combo you can do with Quadborrel & Dilingerous is insane, use Quadborrel to pop Dilingerous, special summon 2 Rokket monsters from the grave, then Dilingerous triggers to special summon itself back
I don't know, I'd say you need the 2 Launches because all the more people have started to play Spell/Trap removal. I am a bit conflicted about it too, if I could play it at one copy and a half, I would :p But better safe than sorry I think
it's a free summon that you can totally incorporate, but I find that there's usually no room in my hand, because Rokket combos usually require 4 cards (optimally, 2 rokkets with different names, Quick Launch and Absorouter) so if you are going first, that 5th card is usually an extender.
loved this version! a lot cheaper than another version i made so i need to try it out. An update I would love to see an ABC or XYZ deck, or better yet, combine them! would love to see all them be incorporated together and be decent.
Awesome profile. Keep up the amazing work. I will always support you and your content. Hope you and Senpai are doing well. I am debating between what to run at locals next time should I run Rokkets or Blackwings. Both are my favorite deck cant choose. Which one would you chose?
@@DarkArmedDuelist it's my pleasure sir. I will run wings then. Thanks so much. If you have a dueling book account my username is KaijuOverlord if you ever want to duel
Hey Rokket Man :) i Love your Profile. i work on this deck since the beginning. This deck is absolutly crazy with Ultra polymerization. You habe to try it out. Make ist on tracer an Go one Card savage and furious
Love your videos...here is an interesting fun build to challenge your self with...combining lair of darkness with wave of light structure deck to create come sort of light/dark deck.
Triple Burst is not that good, because all Borrels require at least 3 monsters, so the fact it is a Link-3 makes it kinda worthless imo. Love Rokkets now with the boost they got from Chaos Impact. If you can afford it, I've heard people swear by Levianeer and Seyfert to fix your hand in this deck. A good budget option is Galactic Spiral Dragon too with an easy SS condition and the fact it lets you go into Rank 8 xyz monsters (unfortunately not Hope Harbinger because most Rokket cards lock you out of non-dark summons from the Extra Deck, but still, you can do it on a rare occasion, and there's other Rank 8s too, like Lancelot). Exploderrokket is a better card than it gets credit for in this deck. I've found that very often, I prefer Borrelguard over Borrelsword for the extra survivability, and as such, I might leave my opponent with some LP after a massive attack. Then I usually wrap up games with Exploderrokket.
I'm not biggest fan of rokkets but they are fun and good cards. I just enjoy watching your deck profiles. Can you do a pure elemental hero deck without Neos
You don't :p This is the equivalent to Crusadia Danger Thunder Guardragon which also died from the mere presence of Nibiru :p It's why it ain't really going anywhere yet. However if you can preserve your field spell and manage not to die on turn 2, you can get everything back afterwards, so you have slightly more of a chance.
D.A.D's version is casual. Incorporating some of the better dragon cards like Seyfert, Levianeer and Borreload Savage can turn this into a deck with Rogue-like potential, but even if that's the case, it's hindered by its glass cannon qualities, mainly the huge susceptibility to Nibiru and other handtraps. Time will tell if a version with Rogue-ish potential can be made ;)
Monster Reborn is a staple (don't remember if DAD plays it or not. If he doesn't, you defo should). Borrel Regenerator does the same job more or less and came out of the Structure Deck. That's what I'm playing ;)
@@myersponder5356 Galaxy Spiral's awesome and dirt cheap. There's Lancelot and other decent dark Rank 8s, and it works with Dragon Shrine or Foolish Burial. But this deck is practically made of bodies that special summon themselves, so it suffers from the opposite problem, there's not enough room in the main deck for support and handtraps due to everything being committed in turbo-ing out Borrels and turning it into a glass cannon.
