It dose not work in my TV ,How can I reset my TV if I stock on reset .when I reset just show up language In screen and i can do any thing after that because i don't have remote and i can not connect with phone either. do you have any idea how i can set up my TCL ROKU TV with out remote ? please advice.
@@rukumsinghjagari2582 Yes my advice Would be to take your TV To a local friend with Wi-Fi or a friendly neighbor Or Walmart Or McDonald's with Wi-Fi lol just kidding about that last part unless they let you lol or use someones mobile hot spot to get a wifi connection so ultimately you can download the roku remote on your cellphone than control your tv from there 😁👍💯
Man listen. I don’t know what happened but Roku and TCL was like you’re gonna have to buy another tv. 4 hours I dealt with this thing. Something finally said check RU-vid. And now my tv works. After 5 hours! You gained a subscriber. I’m gonna set my tv to your page and just play random videos to get your views up!

Tried this and it worked like butter 🧈 Apps and settings still there 💯💯 UPDATE: tv went back into recovery mode and stuck in the loop. Safe to say the update patch completely ruined the tv. Gonna toss mines and buy a new tv. Never buying TCL again.

i just tried this, you actually just need to wait for it to blink white and quickly release the reset button and simultaneous press and hold the power button, when the tv turns on you quickly hit the home button and bam tv works...crazy how tedious this is, if it wasn't for this video I would've had to get a new tv and pay for a new mounting, thanks a million Cliff!

Oh My God, IT WORKED!! But it takes 4 things to make it work. Practice, patience, luck, and alcohol. After trying for an hour and not working, I had a few shots of Jim Beam to calm my nerves. Tried again, and it finally worked. It also takes a certain touch to make the light stay white for a second when you are repeatedly hitting the reset button with your pen. Treat the reset button like the G Spot. Move your pen up down left right, and use different amounts of pressure. And you will find what you’re looking for. THANK YOU CLIFF!!!
Thank you for sharing! I just did this and it worked after months of my TV being in the garage cause it wouldn’t turn on . It turned on all of a sudden and it was on a loop recovery mode😅 now it’s up on my living room again. 😎

Omg dude after 100s of failed attempts I almost have up but real shit your method worked it’s so hard to notice when that light goes solid truth be told I don’t know that my light really did go solid but I noticed it looked different from most the clicks and I’m back up and running sorry I can’t give much more of a input for others trying to figure it out but learn the patterns in between the light flickers it’s a guessing game and learn when to push and hold the buttons but good for you my brother you figured it out is really does work no bs your a G thank you so much

This happened to me today and luckily I stumbled onto you video. Somehow I got it to work after I kept hitting the reset button, I was never able to get the white light solid but after a about 50 hits of the reset I let it finish turning on and it work. I have the onn roku and this method worked because I was stuck in the loop of putting the Internet in and it wouldn’t change, I didn’t have to click it as much because it was a different brand and there was no white light.. but thank you, the reset code they did on another video did not help..
Mine never gave a solid light but I pressed it literally a million times till the tv just turned on in the most of doing that and its working so far. Been about 10 minutes
So I was having the same exact issues after moving the TV. For me I didn't actually press the power button at all. I kept hitting the reset button with a pin, it eventually booted up normally. 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻 Appreciate it homie

Hey my apologies I just got this notification, I found out some people have been having actual hardware issues with that specifically which I would suggest to get your money back, however you could try to do the methods in the videos to ultimately get the tv to set itself back to code kinda like a Universal remote

I finally got my TV to stay on!!! Once I recovered from recovery mode and TV was running, I used the remote control to turn TV off and the back on within seconds.. if you don't turn it back on right way it continues rebooting-this happened to me. My TV has been on for hours now!! Phew! ***must use remote control to turn off then on in order to cancel rebooting
