A suggestion: when demonstrating a product make sure there no other product in the frame, or clearly specify what's being used in the demo otherwise viewers don't know what's going on. In this case, for example, there are two models and no word about whether or not they are both being controlled from the laptop (if any) or what else is going.

It's not class compliant (very few Roland products are), but after you install their driver you can send and receive both MIDI and audio over a single USB cable.
@@st0rmchild Which is a pain cause the audio driver always loads itself instead of my Saffire LE with Logic Audio 9 , but it does sound great so the nay sayers here should use all it's controls and plug-outs before they comment negatively , I'm going to start using it with standard midi interface not USB.
phil colly 1m is better if you have a modular system as it has the cv inputs. If you don't have modular the system 1 is better as it has the keys and the scatter effects section. Same sound engine in both though.
Yes, that's the point of it. You can load one plugout into it and it then runs on the hardware. It only needs to be connected to a computer to install the plugout or swap it out for a different one.
it makes plenty of noise but you must realize what music is music may be electronic but ditorted art is not truly alive it can bring certain worlds to mind even the lanscapeless ones but bringing joy to yhe lord it will not play --but don't distort artfully distortions ok ? keep it unacitized
