Bee Gees members also wrote songs like "How deep is your love" (covered by Take That for example), "Words" (Boyzone), "Islands in the stream" (Dolly Parton & Kenny Rogers), "Tragedy", "Grease" (Frankie Valli), Chain reaction" (Diana Ross), "Immortality" (Celine Dion). They also wrote and performed "Stayin' Alive", "Night Fever", "You should be dancing" and few more disco songs of course.
Hi Petra, Roland, has a very nice voice, I've herd many version of "To Love Somebody" when someone or group does a cover song, it's like paying tribute to the writer, composer and fellow artist or group who recorded the song first, when the writer, composer let someone record one of their song it's like saying thanks you for liking my song or style, in this case Roland is paying tribute to the "BEE GEES" so it doesn't matter if a cover song make the chart or not, great reaction Petra take care love you for who you are. thanks you!

Hey Petra. Great reaction to a great song. The Bee Gees released that song in 1967 and Janis Joplin recorded it in 1969. That was back in my teenage years. It was quite a bit a different world back then and rock n' roll ruled. But we had one hell of a time growing in those times. Lol. It was great to hear one of the good ol' oldies. Thanks for posting it. Roland did a great job covering it. Loved it. Take care of youself young lady. We all love you.
