Roland Butcher - the first black player to represent England 

The ex-Middlesex & England batsman talks about his career in England and subsequent return to Barbados, where he is now Head Coach at the University of The West Indies and part of the Barbados Cricket Association. He has strong views on how the game of cricket is currently being funded and shouts for change on how the Future Tours Programme is run and also how the ICC distributes it’s funds. A great listen.
