I am cleft lip and palate, and I have fake teeth in the front! However my lower jaw is in the front, but my teeth are kinda good! So is it possible for me to have Jaw surgery?

I’m gonna cry this ortho told me no ortho will put braces on my teeth unless they break my jaw n cut out all 4 of my wisdom teeth … they cut all 4 of them out now I’ve had nerve damage since March 22 2021 can’t feel half of my bottom lip on left side or all my chin. It tingles when I touch it . They said 2 years I could get feeling back … I went for a ct scan in June now it’s September they won’t tell me my results of what happened or answer my calls . So I’m gonna keep calling .. the man who did my surgery for my wisdom teeth said I wouldn’t even be a candidate for jaw surgery. The ortho just didn’t want to do it

hello! I was prepared for this surgery about 2 years ago..i had to wear braces for 3 years ..but unfortunately i didn't go for the surgery..now i want to do it again.. should i have to repeat this process for 3 years again?

I have no problem with my overbite but if the block braces dont bring my jaw forward I'll have to have jaw surgery 😫😫
