Role of employer in workplace harassment 

One in five people has been affected by violence and sexual harassment in the workplace. That's according to the International Labour Organisation's latest report. It also reveals that half the victims worldwide never reported or even disclosed their experiences. In South Africa, over 50,000 sexual harassment offences are committed each year.
