Thanks to all our subscribers. The support had been amazing and to receive so many kind comments and subscribers so quickly has surprised all of us. We'll keep producing content and improving the production quality.
Please watch, like and subscribe if you like the content, this will enable us to improve the channel over time with better video equipment.
We are also going to add some different types of content shortly, including some of the process of making a prototype clock which we are currently working on under the Cerberus brand alongside our busy repair workload.
I misspoke a couple of times in this video, said silver instead of steel and 36mm instead of 34mm. I am aware of this but would rather not re-record the audio to correct it, please don't email messages about these mistakes, it becomes a bit tedious by the hundredth one :]
Also many thanks to the people who have got in touch with details of their own watch requiring repair, if you'd like to contact us about your own watch you can view our website at cerberuswatches.com and use the contact form on there to email a few details.
Thanks again
Andy

Please don’t apologize for what some viewers perceive as poor production value. If someone desires fancy video effects or high fidelity sound they can follow whatever is currently popular on Tik Tok or resurrect some old MTV videos. This is an excellent watch repair channel and you should be proud of the quality videos you produce. The fortunate viewers of this channel would also do well to express a bit of gratitude for your efforts, myself included. Thank you for another entertaining video and may the number of your subscribers grow by an exponential magnitude.

Beautiful end result ! I love the 3,6,9 dialed OP's and was amazed when I found that Rolex no longer offers them. Being cursed with a terminally thin wrist I love the 34mm OP's and hope to buy one once decent dials are back on the Rolex menu. Thank you for taking the time to produce your excellent videos I look forward to watching any you care to post.

The finish produced by the dial specialist is very tasteful. A great deal of discretion is exercised by the specialist in determining the appropriate level of dial finishing that is required by each watch.

I've just watched all your videos. Instant subscribe from me. Amazing the lack of respect from some commenters, but that's the internet I guess. I can recognise a knowledgeable and skilled professional when I see one! Please continue to release videos, I know I will learn a lot from this channel!

I actually liked the worn look of the dial. I think if i would have left it as is and just service it plus case refinishing.

Couldn't see clearly, but it seemed that the varnish on the old dial was actually flaking. That is very bad for the movement too as the small flakes of the old varnish spread every where inside the watch.

I’ll bet you can’t say who the dial refinisher is… I have a Heuer Carrera that has a poorly refinished dial and needs a correct re-do…. 😊

Not to be impertinent a watchmaker makes watches and a watch repairer or technician is alike a service engineer

Watchmaker is the traditional name for a qualified watch repairer or maker. A technician is part qualified. I also do make watches.

When I was in the horological profession there was a difference if you knew George Daniels to ask but is now deceased he would give you the same reply. He was regarded as the most genius of watchmaker of our modern time. He invented co axial movement which the Swiss eventually introduced

Just subscribed so that you can get yourself a good microscope camera as well as beer money. If you get a Patreon account, I'll provide there two. I've been with RU-vid since the start and I can tell that you will be very successful. My suggestion is that though you don't need to show your face on camera often, it is helpful to appear once in a while in person. Otherwise it becomes a 'thing.' If you need it for security or privacy reasons then people will just have to put up with it. But it *will* be a thing for the life of your channel.
