My only association with Limburger is that it was the name of the main villain in "Biker Mice from Mars".

Honestly, adding a new "Drink" table might be a fun idea. Could easily add 6 to 12 drinks (of varying degrees of goodness) to drink while you eat! Could be as easy and classic as milk/water, to something like just plain Soda Water.

I am loving the names of these concoctions.

It would be interesting to see how the sandwich would have been with the pistachio spread. It could have given it a sort of cheese board feel with the fruit and ham. I haven't had limburger so i dont know how harsh it is on the palate, but q nut spread can balqnce that out as well

You specifically need to boil pretzels and pretzel buns in a lye solution, otherwise you just get a bagel.

I don't know why you're worried about Limburger and persimmon. The combo of a strong and/or stinky cheese and some kind of fruit is classic cheese platter. Pistachiosa would probably have been better than the wasabi mustard too. Strong cheese, ham, nuts and fruit. That's basically a perfect cheese platter on a sandwich, right there. The outlier is the onion.

I like a good stinky sandwich so this might be tolerable for me. I get excited when Jimmy John's does their blue cheese, onion and roast beef sandwich. And a plus the smell helped with social distancing! 🤣

I had a free thought for you to use: If you ever (however improbably) roll all 1s, or 1 20 and all 1s, you should call the sandwich "The Wheaton".

My man, don't know if you have tried it but ham rolls instead of green onion use pickles instead. IMO far superior to green onion, though I do enjoy the green onion variant as well.

Despite the fact that I only found this channel because of the mcelroys, every time he gets to "wild magic" I am completely surprised at how stupid it is. This is my favorite collab. Also, this sandwich, I would eat it. I love stinky cheese, and this doesn't sound bad (though the wasabi mayo is a bit much)

Wild magic but one of the options is roll with disadvantage. Would be funny to see after seeing the roll with advantage on the sauce roll.
