Manjulika has practised yoga her entire life, receiving an MBE from Her Majesty the Queen for Services to Yoga, Fitness, Health and Community Cohesion - among other prestigious awards.
Alongside being a successful and knowledgeable Yogi, Manjulika also hosts her own radio show. Used to being in the interviewing position, she expertly became the guest for todays episode. We hope you enjoy.
