I got these as soon as they came out. Does that mean I beat Wisdom on this one??? Although, you are probably already the master of improve with these already. I too always have the Fate Die in my tray. I dont know what I would do without it. If you have it, you should also introduce everyone to the Bell Whispers book. I think I will use it to generate some shadowdark adventures.
Ok. You convinced me. I just bought a pair of Nuul dice. And, since it was on sale for 25% off this weekend, I bought the Fate Mill d20 too. I can’t believe I just spent $44 on just three dice. I must be insane…or a gamer. 😆
@@AgranakStudiosDice goblin? Nah. I’m not one of those people who buys a new set of dice every time he creates a new character. Aside from the gallimaufry of loose straggler dice that have accumulated over the years, I have only three sets of standard numerical dice - one standard set, one oversized set, and a micro set. And I have one 5 inch foam d20 that serves as decor on my bookcase. However, I do buy weird, novelty, or useful specialty dice with unusual faces on them. I have sets of Rory’s Story Cubes, map dice, elder sign dice, alignment dice, a character class die, a character race die, a treasure type die, a monster type die, a grenade bounce direction die, and a fast food die (for choosing where to go for game session meal break), and pizza dice (for choosing pizza toppings). Does that make me a dice kobold? 😁
I've got UNE as well. I like have a lot of different tool, like a painter. 2" brush, filbert, fan, painters knife, etc. I use it all mostly to not get stuck in any one method to keep things fresh at my table, YMMV.
I don’t like making pessimistic comments but the video title is pretty clickbait-y. I went in expecting (hoping?) discussion of improving on NPCs and got an ad.
To be perfectly honest it is on purpose due to how RU-vid works. It is the culture. Now to say there was not any deliverables on the video would be disingenuous. You could totally apply these ideas to any d6.
This isn’t an advert. This is a product review. And he •did• show you how he fills out his minor NPCs - he does it randomly with dice. However, I do agree that the title could have been better. Just including the product name in the title would have been more indicative of content - “NPCs in DND: Unleashing untold stories with Nuul Dice.” YMMV
