Your so awesome!! Love your personality!! Hi Robyn, hope you get this message. I’m looking forward to trying this. I know I mentioned on FFF September 9th/22 that I don’t have a stand mixer, can I use a hand held mixer/ or stick one? (The whisk might not be strong enough on the stick one) for wonderbar ? Hi Robyn, can you use 99% alcohol? I cant find 91. I also have 70

You can use the 99! You can also dilute the 99 to make it approximately 91%… for every 100 grams of 99% isopropyl alcohol add 8 grams of distilled water (It’s easier if you make a big batch!) 70% will activate them though so don’t do that!

@@BathFizzFoam Thanks Robyn! Awesome videos!! I am fairly new to bubble bars so learning alot! Great recipe! My first batch was a little crumbly. Think I didn't mix enough and put alcohol in with powders right away!

My bars lost their scent. I had them stored in a tote my mistake. Can they be saved 🤞🏽

Hmm. You can try adding a little more kaolin clay next time and it might help anchor the scent.

I’m using the Wonderbar recipe, but they’re not becoming hard. It’s now a week since I made them and they still feel slightly damp. Do you know what the problem might be? I followed the recipe exactly.

It could be several things… you might need a dehumidifier, it could just be the amount of running alcohol you used (if you had to use a whole bunch it might take longer to dry)… i definitely suggest joining our Facebook group for better support!

I bought this recipe today, and as soon as I got it, I tried it, followed it to the letter but I think there was too much alcohol in my mix and there is like 80% humidity here, so maybe I should have adjusted for that. I was trying to make a bubble roll, I used 50g of 91% isopropyl alcohol. Anyway, it's been hours now and they are still soggy. My question is how long will it take to dry out completely or will it not dry out if it is soggy, and should I toss them out and start again?

Am I the only one who finds that I get less bubbles when I use cocoa butter in my bubble bars?

Hmm. I haven’t really noticed that myself, and theoretically any oil would dampen bubbles as much as the next one… but if you live in a drier area (average humidity of less than 50%) you could try increasing the glycerin by a few grams and see if that helps. 😊 Fortunately for WonderBar there are only a few grams of oil in the recipe!
