Michael Paul Gammon was born, Michael Paul Milane, on November 2, 1942 in Saint Lukes Hospital at Milwaukee, Wisconsin to his proud parents Paul Milane and Gerry Murray Milane. Both Paul Milane and his wife Gerry Murray were athletes as professional Roller Derby skaters.
