When your climbing a hill you’ll have to downshift due to the momentum. When you goin down one as long as you ain’t super heavy you can grab a gear cmonnn!!! I’ll def have a video on how to do so here in a bit 💯🙏🏽
Just have to keep applying to companies until you find one that will give you a chance boss. Either that or start at a company that has a heavy haul division and once they trust you as a driver ask them for a shot. 🙏🏽💯
