Ken and I grew up together and have known each other since 6th grade. Ken Schmidt died this past March. I will miss him. Patty, Matt and Rachel have my deepest sympathies.
Thank you for sharing. I had the pleasure of hanging out with Ken and keith in their shop 3 years ago and had become fiends with them. I was saddened to learn of his passing in March...he always treated me with regard as we had conversations about hot rods and art! He will be missed immensely!
The Bones have a great Look about them . I have had the pleasure of parking near them at annual TyRods show with my Rod . Very Cool period correct Rods .
Gentlemen, those cars are sweet !! If I've got to wear ear plugs that's what I'm talking about! What no thumping stereo? Yeah kid it's called an American V8.
Is the music used to cover wind noise? Engine noise would have been much, much better. Anyway, I love everything that Rolling Bones puts out. I even have the books.
I would like to make a similar video with a different artist & music. Are there any copyright issues with using Canned Heat 'On the Road Again' ? Thank you.
Mine too....but they are cool. Street Rodder did several articles showing what goes into their cars and besides the chop there are just a ton of subtle mods. I can see where the money gets spent in the hundreds of hours they must take.
