Today, Rolling Oaks Boarding and Equitation Stable in Gansevoort, New York, is home to over 60 riders, 50 horses, and a couple of dogs. It has been a family-run business for over 40 years. The facility is open 7 days a week and offers lessons, training, and boarding. Susan continues to manage the stable and instruct students ranging from the ages of 5 to 65 while Keith resides as head trainer alongside his assistant, Maggie Smith.
Although Rolling Oaks does specialize in Morgans, the facility has always been opened to all breeds as well as disciplines including hunt seat, saddle seat, and western.
