Just think of how tiny her skeleton is compared to her body. When a person gains weight, weather it be fat, muscle or fluid, the skeleton doesnt get bigger too, it always stays the same. Her bones have GOT to ache, that is sooooo much weight to carry 24/7.

Exactly. It's the pain that comes with the obese overweight people should be warned about, not dyinf early. You don't necessary die early because of obesity but you sure pray you would have with every year passing by. The damadge it does to ones body, to your bones it stays even if you'll one day have a wake-up-call the broken bones, the broken organs they will stay and they will make you suffer so much you'll pray for an early death.

That's not entirely true. Strength training increases bone density and your ligaments also adapt to the load. So I guess when you're overweight and you can still move around, there's load/a force on the bones that will cause adaptation.

A low carb diet is best for losing weight and maintaining weight. Eating whole foods, fresh vegetables and fruits. You can eat beef, chicken, pork, seafood and pair it with any cooked or raw vegetables such as broccoli, asparagus, green beans, brussel sprouts, mushrooms, etc. Snack on any fresh fruit, yogurt or any nuts throughout the day. I prefer snacking on pistachios. Drink plenty of water and cut out soda and limit to drinking it during special occasions. This is what I'm doing, and it works for me.

Glad to see that Nick lost this weight, and I hope he doesn't gain it back. He is a brilliant musician, Juilliard trained. Yeah, that's what I am saying. Like, there's so much more depth to his appeal and viewship than people hate watching a fat guy. I think people watched him because he was engaging, and hilarious. I think Nikocado Avocado might have more to learn from this experiment than his audience. I feel his personality vanished, even if half of it was an act. He was funny, regardless. People watched him because he was funny, not because they were truly in shock at how much he could eat, or that he "had to wear an oxygen mask", or any of that. Nobody really cares about watching anyone eat if they have zero personality. Fat people are often funny. It's a whole character that often plays into the personality. Now that the weight is lost, though, who is he???? I'm confused.

Before he became his “character” of course he was playing a character, but alot of times being overweight and eating the foods he was eating has a huge effect on your attitude. It's what happens when you eat takeaway all the time. I could never stand those containers and plastic utensils. Even when I get takeaway on very rare occasions I will always dish it out onto plates and eat with my own cutlery. Her gluttony has gone to the extreme and it is painful to watch her try to eat most of her food with the stupid plastic cutlery the fast food services provide. You can see the frustration she shows in most of her mukbangs and yet she is too darned lazy to get up and move to get her own cutlery (or sauces etc, when they don't provide them). The contrast with what Nik is doing in these videos is stark. He gets up and gets things and waits on her like a dutiful servant. She cooks (very) occasionally but likes huge servings so only ever uses the dinner plates. That's why she wouldn't even know she has the small plates. She doesn't even look like she's interested in losing weight because she isn't taking any cues from him regarding portion control. Nik did his social experiment but Candy's insistence that these are current videos shows she just isn't serious about trying to get down to anything close to a normal weight. I hope I'm wrong, for her sake.

I would love to see if he ordered one plate full of food and started taking most of it she would have a conniption fit that would be totally funny.
