Great cover of a great song. Gives me chills- I was teenager when it came out, remember the violence and upheaval of that era. I wish we'd learned the obvious anti-war message of the time. Thank you.

I've been an ardent fan of 'Gimme Shelter' ever since I first heard it in 1968 (what's that? like 50 years now, lol). I'm in love with this brief cover version. I am in awe of its beauty, so different from the Stones original yet equally as powerful and very beautiful.

Ohhh, noooo !!! You cant just stop like that . Thats cruel . I was really getting into it. I thought it was a long intro and that the lyrics would kick in any minute. Come baaack, pleeease !!! The Stones are my biggest idols and this song is right out of my time.
