Rathgricy is not pDmg+mDmg skill. Its pAtk+mAtk = pDmg only. So you either focus on increasing your pAtk, mAtk, or pDmg(PDI). mDmg has nothing to do with rath's skills.
It doesnt work bcos its not a SINGLE target skill.. none of rath skills are. Its not bcos of pure physical or not. Blade of order uses matk but converts it to physical. However it is considered multiple target hits.
Yes I think your right bro because when I’m using my soul blade It works on the single target skill when kobold leader not change the stat it works on skill damage That’s why I buy again and try on my RATHGRICY

do you have explanation about skull bracer not working with saitama "one punch/asura" skill, while it works with skills like arms cannon which is technically a "single" target skill just with aoe effects?
