Reignite are delighted to announce the return of Roman Jugg, so good we had to have him twice. Roman is a former guitarist with legendary punk band, The Damned and a solo artist. He is involved in a project to help new bands and joins us to tell all, as well as indulging in some random chat and Q & A's.

It’s great to hear Lee Andrews is being honoured too. I used to play in the Shopkeeper Appeared with him in the 90’s and we did the support for Radiohead and Sultans of Ping at the Toothbrush that Roman mentioned. Lee was a great drummer, a real family man and a lovely fella. R.I.P mate.

Roman produced my mate Andy’s album a few years back. I played bass but wasn’t used to playing punk style. By way of direction, Roman’s mantra was “what would Dee Dee do?” He’s a top bloke.

I had a siimilar idea to Roman after watching that Paul Gray video with his 'Generals' 4-track! I'd like to see something released along the lines of a 'Damned But Not Forgotten' volume 2, but featuring never before released stuff from the era like 'Where Have All The Adventures Gone', a mix of Roman and Paul's archives to create the best, most interesting compilation. I'd love to be involved in it as a project!

Thanks for this, Cathy, lovely to see Roman and hear his thoughts and recollections. Glad he's seemingly not peeved that the rest of the early 80s lineup is now together, w Monty - tricky situation. Presumably the sample from The Munsters IS the reason Dead Beat Dance was removed from the OST.
