The only teacher/student one I've ever loved is "Defy" of the Sinners of Saint series by L.J. Shen It's starts in hs but the whole series is soo good !
A good enemies to lovers book is Sparrow by L.J Shen. It’s pretty dark and suspenseful. Kinda gritty but I enjoyed it. A good book with friends who lost touch and then fall for each other is Up in the Treehouse by K.K Allen. Fake dating- I’d recommend Addicted to You by Krista and Becca Ritchie and When It’s Real by Erin Watt, which is also a celeb/normal girl romance.
Oh my gosh. Him and Us are two of my faaaaaave books of all times. And I had no idea Sarina Bowen and Elle Kennedy had a new male/male romance book out. And it sounds so good!!! I can't wait to pick it up. Thanks Laura. ❤
@@ems.6610 I do have KU! And you can bet your ass I picked it up immediately and read the crap out of it! I loved it. I'd loooove if they put out more books together!!
Cori love KU; it’s where I read most my books! I loved Top Secret too! I am so behind still need to read Him and Us but will definitely be hoping for more together too! 🤞🏽
Basically Renee I read the first one but I haven’t read the others yet. I need to though I’ve just been reading a bunch of other stuff. Do you have a favorite of the Dive Bar series???
Book 1 was my favorite, book 2 was rough because it was well-written but made me a little stabby because I relate hard to the main female character and feel pretty angsty about some of the decisions Joe made, and I really liked book 3. I gave them 5, 3, and 4 stars respectively because really even when the characters piss me off, I still genuinely like the way Kylie Scott writes.
Basically Renee Same. I’ll definitely read the rest of the books soon. Now I’m more excited to read them though. I think Stage Dive will stay my favorite from her though.
@@pixiedust5886 the closest I found was Darker Shade of Magic (he’s not “soft” but isn’t hard either, she’s super tough and cool tho). I started following kpop tho over the past year, kpop is where these beautiful guys exist 🥰
I just got done reading Cheeky Royal by Nana Malone and OMG! I loved it. Very steamy, really good and has an a great story plot. I was a delightful surprise.
Love Around the Corner by Sally Malcolm has the same theme as Top Secret. The two MCs are enemies IRL but unknowingly and anonymously texting each other for a long time, sending cute messages and other sappy phrases, until they agreed to finally meet up then all hell breaks loose.
My favorite trope are boss and employee romance ik ik most of people are sick of this type of relationships & think its clique but i love them and I still haven’t found the best one pleeeeeaaaasssseeeee recommend a book for me ♥️♥️
Omg can u recommend any romantic history romance books....like basically a couple who have history but had to break up but they still have feelings for each other kinda thing. I'm so sorry that's so specific, but I love those types of yearning angsty romances.
I was literally going to say that 'Wicked lies boys tell' is kind of similar to the book 'Him' by elle and sarina. BTW 'Him' is definitely worth a read!!!
Loved the recommendations!! Can’t wait to read the ones I haven’t yet!!! Laura, don’t know if you know this but Passionflix, a company who turns books into movies and launches them on their streaming site is making the Royally Screwed movie!! You should def check it out if you’re interested!! 💗💗
I do like to read step-sibling!! Not something I actively look out for but when I come across it an dbesides it being step-sibling there are other things interesting I would not say no to it!!! I do get shy about it and I dont tell if I read anybody cause their reactions are just not that good lol
a book that is similar to Royally Screwed that I really enjoyed is The Royal We by Heather Cocks and Jessica Morgan. Its super good and the second book is coming out shortly.
OMG, I'm literally re-listening Wicked Lies Boys Tell on audible, because I loved it so much! Another great MM fake dating recommendation would be the Fake Boyfriend series by Eden Finley.
Dark protector is a good crime romance The guy in the story is a hit man the girl looks like an innocent girl but she has a secret from her past They end up running away from bad guys trying to kill them And it's really good A good girl with a dark ish past with a bad boy novel is beautiful disaster They are both college students And i love there love story
Oh the best fake dating book is Dating Games by T. K. Leigh. Her boyfriend breaks up with her on her 30th birthday and she is doing an expose for the magazine she works for about the countries most sought after and elusive male escort. He makes a proposition she can't refuse, to be his fake girlfriend for a summer of wealth and excess in the Hamptons. In return he will help her win back her boyfriends heart. It's so good.
can you please do a video on some of your favorite books from a royal trope or if you have any books you like that are set in older times thank you love your videos
What are book recommendations about two characters who know each other in real life and online but aren’t aware of it (or where only one of them is aware but keeps it a secret)? Ex: Top Secret, Eliza and Her Monsters, A Cinderella Story (Hillary Duff), PS I Like You (though they talk through letters)
