@neilyhodgins3320 the pendulum is still rubbing on the back or the wall. I am thinking with the house being 100 years old that the wall is a little off.
the problem i'm having is the pendulem stick on the is rubbing on the wall. when i then screw the 2 sticks so that it lifts off the wall, the pendulum stick then starts to rub on the wood. Is yours free from any wood?
Hi! I had this same issue. With mine, the screws on either side are the most sensitive part, and I found that the bottom half of the clock needs to be closer to the wall than you may realize. To figure out about where, set it as close to the wall as possible and use your hand to pull it forwards until the pendulum keeps swinging. (You may need a second pair of hands) Its a long process but its worth the end result. For reference, my pendulum is only JUST not scraping the wall.
