I had a friend years ago who used to drink beer & V8 the morning after a bit to much to drink. She said it was a great hangover cure!! Great looking lasagne. I've never tried the noodles that don't have to be cooked first. I'm going to pick some up this weekend and give them a go.

He would use V-8 juice, some kind of seasoniung and then Tabasco sauce. I remember trying it, good stuff! This food and beer is Dude Approved cuz!

Cloudy beer. Looks like an IPA or wheat bear. Never heard of that one. Beer with spices. Hmmm. Would not be a fan of adding v8 though. They call that clamato beer around here. Lasagna looks good.

In New Mexico I’ve had a home brew when served has a little pickling of jalapeño with a cur disc floating on top! Sounds strange…….but it’s so good! Since I’m a pepper head I’ve had Hatch Green Chile Ice Tea. Tea brewed with green chili then strained serve ice cold with a teaspoon of Hot Green Chili floating in the bottom of the glass!
