Reason all the units are sitting there not doing anything is cause your playing with the expiermental unit size which doesn't work properly in cities XD

They could have just make the cities of Rome and Constantinople more accurate in both layout and buildings inside them. like ROME having the Aurelian walls and constantinople having the Theodosian walls

That weird landscape on the wall is because there was an earthquake there. Saw it it my Carthage campaign and then it disappeared

I remember holding out as Rome in Egypt whit ALOT of wounded units and 1 mercenary pike men and 1 catapult the rest were ragtag group because they either had 20 or 15 men per squad i am proud to say I killed 1 full Egyptian army and 1 rebel army whit a no wall support as the walls were broken
