Coach Ron was Vassar's first Varsity Cross Country Head Coach from 1982 -2004. From 2005 through the 2022 season Ron continued to serve as an assistant coach, program grandfather, inspiring generations of Vassar runners with his sage advice, good humor, and hot peppers slid into unsuspecting sandwiches. Ron retired in 2023, and is forever in our hearts.
