Most actors playing real historical figures don't look much like them. The craft is to capture the essence of the character: the body language, facial expressions, style of speaking, that convey the thoughts and personality of who you're playing.
Wow, you know nothing about history. He basically won the cold war, brought America back from a huge recession and terrible inflation, led an incredible decade economically and united America for 8 years (look at his election results). He was the greatest president in the last 50 years and it's not even close.

@PlayNiceFolks nah, it's been 40+ years of "better than the other guy" politics. Its doubtful he even knows what Reagan would have done in the current climate or how if it would even differ from Biden.
