What a memory bro! Im very happy for you, I was lucky to see in score but never that up close, must be great! Really like united and also a big fan of ronaldo, im a bit sad not to see him again at Old Trafford
One of the best days of my life! I travelled by train to get to the game and I've never heard a city so full of life.. Manchester was singing his name from 11am when I arrived until 11pm when I left.. VIVA RONALDO!
"Wreathed in Red. Restored to this great gallery of the game. A walking work of Art. Vintage beyond valuation, beyond forgery or imitation. 18 years since that trembling teenager of touch and tease first tiptoed on to this storied stage. Now in his immaculate maturity, CR7 Re-United. "
@@vader_117no he didn't, he lost a child went through a rough time and instead of suporting him, the club started openly disrespecting him, trying to drive him away and scapegoating him for all the problems the team faced.
@@masterplokoon8803 no the club did not disrespect him publicly.....he was benched for the good for the team ....look what his interview did to his club and international career!!!! Look wer he is playing now......united won a title and finished 3rd!!! And what did he achieved this season??....he meant a lot to me but I always knew his confidence would become his arrogance!!!!
@@vader_117ungreatfullness is a very ugly thing you know? Ronaldo saved United in so many games and had legendary years of service in the club( he even came back to th club when the club was doing poorly to help it) and then he faces a massive personal loss and goes through a bad time in form and mental health and instead being suported by those to whom he gave so much he is suddenly just dumped as if he was trash. Why did you emphasize "publicly", disrespecting him in private is also bad but they also did it publicly. Constantly blamming him for all the clubs problems(even when he was scoring hat tricks in the previous season some people in the media were already trying to blame him). They had been disrespecting him, scapegoating him and trying to dump him for months before he did that interview so it wasn't the interview that made him fall. It's kinda sad that Liverpool fans had more respect United's club legend than United ever did. One measly Carabao cup and a third place when Chelsea and Liverpool were in one of their worst years is something to be proud off? How far has United fallen. Even if they had won a treble it wouldn't make it right to betray a club legend like that. Liverpool reminded United of what they trully were after they spent months pretending that betraying and abandoning a club legend was the solution to all their problems. Ronaldo has won more champions leagues than United did in their history, now he is in the final phase of his career, helping his country when he can and slowing things down before the end, he has nothing to prove to ungreatfull people.
@@masterplokoon8803 talking about ungratefulness....it was united that gave him a platform to become a great and it's the same club which destroyed him!!!!! United wer second when he came!!! He destroyed and displaced the squad with his arrogance.....Ronaldo started the disrespect before the start of the season his attitude showed it you are just blind follower....no wonder he deserves what has happened to his legacy as a goat!!!....KARMA is a bitch!!!! Just look at how Rooney and Messi handle ther exit gracefully unlike Ronaldo!!!! Messi was treated way badly by Barcelona and PSG he showed his greatness!!!! Ronaldo is not gonna win shit now because of his arrogance!!!! Look what he did to saudi team!!!
i cannot speak for anyone but myself. but from interviews and behavior, i think ronaldo just wanted to play. if he's not the star player, he generally knows that's on him and he needs to improve, and he doesn't feel entitled to that status. he was just mad that the manager wouldn't start or even sub him in, and how management treated him as a whole. i think any player wouldn't want to be ignored by their manager, especially if they know they're considered one of the best players of all time by many.
