Charles Vickery This aint no some ninja movie. This is real life. In ninja movies the main characters are some magically trained warriors that'll beat up their opponents even in crazy scenarios. No matter how many of their attackers are there, no matter how much stronger,bigger. In the real world...it doesnt work like that. Being trained has its advantages...but it doesnt make u invincible. Even if I was never trained...She'd have a hard time fighting me. I'm a man...have 10X as much testostrone as her(fact), outweight her by over 60-80+lbs. I have seen her videos of training with guys. They're all going really light. Because the key word is "training". At my old gym we sparred with the girls. Sometiems they "beat us" doesnt mean the girls there could actually beat the guys. And when we rolled...the girls sometimes did"beat" us. When yu train with a girl u use just techinque instead of strength. It's emphasized that u dont use any sterngth. Forexample I roll BJJ with my lil brothers...sometimes they get lucky and get me in a submission. I'm not using strength thou. I'm just using technique. It's hard to explain if u never attended a fighting gym before. If I actually wanted to beat them I wont evenhave to use BJJ. I'm too strong for them .I can easily slam them and knock em out if it was a real fight. Same with the girls. That's the keyword...."training" not fighting. If we wanted to beat the girls we could but we're not using strength to spar with them. It's practice...we just use technique with no force behind the movements. Same with Ronda Rousey.

She said she messed them up. Have you ever been thrown even on mats by a Judo throw and not used break fall? I have and it took me a few minutes to get up and to get my breath back and that was on a padded matted floor. Judo is done standing up and the throws can be done standing up and you could easily throw a few people in a row and mess them up on a hard floor with no mats.
