Can you still connect your phone to the Comms tho? For music and voice mesh?

Hello, I have a problem that after connecting the Insta360 x4 camera with Cardo Edge to record a group conversation, it does not synchronize the sound with the film, i.e. in the editing process the sound is randomly shifted in time relative to the film, and with very long recordings at the end of the film the sound is as if sped up several times. Why is this happening. Best regards.

Im find the recording volume far too low on playback. Any advice?

Does this work with a Hero 11? I usually record the audio through the Cardo app and then sync it in post. This would be much easier.
