Ronnie Coleman is a 8x Mr. Olympia winner. He’s regarded as one of the greatest ever bodybuilders, earning the nickname ‘GOAT’ (Greatest Of All Time).
Born and raised in the Pelican State, Louisiana (USA), Ronnie was raised by a single mother - alongside a younger brother and two sisters.
As a very sporty child, he reached a high-level playing football during high school; his naturally bulky frame helped him power through others his age, and he became known for his imposing figure. Due to his growing reputation in football, Ronnie became determined to stay stronger than his peers. He worked tirelessly to gain strength and size. Ultimately, this is what motivated him to begin lifting weights and set out on his fitness journey.

Xzzz10 but it is Why would a man so famous in the world of bodybuilding and powerlifting (And basically every sport that involves muscle) want to take his already broken body and knowing that he could and would get injured heavily and even more badly than he already is? For me this is the spirit of strength No one would say such a thing after something so painful happened to him yet ronnie does and he isn't afraid of what will happen

Self destruction? People get old. People stop bodybuilding 24/7/365. People stop juicing when they stop bodybuilding. Lifetime’s worth of bodybuilding takes a toll on the body, and caused him major injuries. You think Larry Bird can go out and mail 3 after 3 after 3? Difference is, with bodybuilding, the physique is visual, and shows the change firsthand. NOONE will ever remain at their peak physical shape, whether it’s 8x Mr Olympians, or your dumb ass. You are a fucking idiot. This guy is THEE all-time Bodybuilder. When you discover the anti-aging process, let us know. Thanks!

@@rambojohnj.6117 Just as I thought. You have the attention span of a four year old and difficulties in comprehending written narrative. My point from the start was that the man has ruined bis body because he was driven to the point where he had almost more metal than bone within him. He didn't just twist an ancle or tore his acl - the man's spine is fused from top to bottom... Ronny may be your hero, but he was and still is an addict to self destruction. A sport in which you have to decay yourself to be the biggest and the best? You will have to admit there are Better options.

I am more than happy with those stats and don't feel the need to compare myself to others nor would I like to compare myseld to a legend like Ronnie. But still, the fact stands that he is not fit or even fitter than other men his age. He is in constant pain and can't tie his shoes alone. Idk what kind of men you encountered but there are mostly fit enough for their daily live without suffering pain everyday. Also, it's besides the point if he benches more or not. It wasn't the damn roids ffs. Shit. He had injured his spine as far back as college. He ignored it and carried on. Then, later in his life after a few more minor injuries to his back, he had surgery. The hardware they put in wasn't designed for a man his size at the time and dislodged in his back/spine. THAT is what royally fucked him up, and he has been on the comeback trail ever since having multiple surgeries to correct the fuck up.

I like Ronnie a lot. However, A few things I wish he would come out and voice. 1. being an extreme athlete and using steroids for many years there is a science backed price to pay on the body and mind. People need to know this and it is why steroids are illegal. Perhaps though his story and many others speaks without words. 2., At his age I wish he would listen to the physical therapists and follow their science backed instructions so as to stop un-necessarily punishing his body. There are better exercises to do to lessen the stress on the damaged body. I am not saying to stop exercising just do it smarter. I too have had to learn this and stop the punishment. I just hope it is not to late and I never took steroids.
@clayearth8287
@clayearth8287 6 лет назад
conundrum conundrum ....it is the amount used. Orals do that to you. Testosterone only will not do this to you unless you run an insane weekly amount, which to me would be anything over 1000mg. Myself....i will never go over the 750 to 800mg weekly dose. I use Proviron and an A.I. also. When I do run an oral its Tbol only. 40mg Tbol a week with just 500mg test. Keep it moderate and get off gear half the year and you will NEVER EVER have issues aside from blood thickening(use aspirin)
@clayearth8287
@clayearth8287 6 лет назад
Anacleto ....never run Dbol (dianabol) or any other oral anabolics without Test. If you run Dbolfor very first time keep it at 20mg a day with 30 mg max. 50mg a day is for experienced users. You will have to run testosterone at minimum 250mg a week. Also with Dbol you got to get an estrogen inhibitor or blocker.....arimedex or aromason. If you just go 20mg Dbol a day and keep test below 350mg a week you will see great gains your 1st cycle. Always start slow. I never suggest doing any orals on a 1st time cycle. Testosterone only at 400mg a week. ...(200mg injected twice weekly) will put 10 to 15 lbs of muscle on you if you train right. That was my first cycle. 400mg test a week. I now run 600mg to 750mg a week. Be careful of Dbol. Ask if Tbol is avaible. And NEVER run an oral more than 6 weeks max!! You have to get liver and kidney protection with orals also. Its a viscous circle of supplements with oral anabolics. I recommend just use testosterone
@henchdan1
@henchdan1 6 лет назад
Clay Evins I tried a dbol only cycle for 4-5 weeks of 40mg a day. I had no knowledge of steroids and didn't use any pct. I blew up in weight and strength increased then after I stopped taking it, I lost all that weight and strength and was depressed for weeks/months after it. Never touched a steroid since.
