All i. know is his girlfriend and daughter lost their life and the son was stabbed multiple times and was burned. so my thought would be maybe if there were no living witnesses he could say self defense but why kill your owndaughter
yes he found a lot of inconsistencies in statements surprisingly he did an ok job but in was painful to watch him question his son who he tried to kill it was heartbreaking and his son was composed he is a very intelligent hound child speaks well i just pray for his son just poor child has been through IT

Look ppl. All we know is the woman and that precious little girl lost their lives, the son was stabbed, and the house was destroyed by arson. That's it! The son contradicted every previous statement he made on cross and the state presented no other witness with any first hand knowledge. Now his defense is his girlfriend killed his daughter so he killed her. I don't believe that but that's not important. What's important is that the prosecution offered no witness to refute the defenses case other than the son who clearly gave several contradicting statements.
This would be funny if a beautiful young mother and her child wasn't dead. Now there going to allow this monster to cross examine the son he stabbed and set on fire. wtf?.... That will be child abuse.

For example: the detective that worked on the case, has adopted his son and is also a witness to this trial. Watch the cross examination from today..
