​@@Dbbb-ux6ytHendry was the best at a time when the players were much weaker. He's nothing compared to Ronnie or even other modern players. He did not hold up well and his comeback was weak to say the least.

I'm a huge Ronnie fan, but I'd argue that the game is called Snooker for a reason and it's not over until it's down to the black. To be honest I think players usually give up far too easily, when only a couple of snookers are required. I think I'd play on under those circumstances, even up to 3 or 4. Maybe not in a club with a friend, but in a world championship quarter final absolutely. The game is still in play and various frames have been turned around when 3 or 4 snookers are required. I get it, it turns the game into more of a grind and becomes more dull to watch and play, but there's still an opportunity to win and therefore I think it's legitimate to try and take it. In football, if a team is down 4-0 at half time they don't refuse to come out for the second half. If a batting team needs to use the follow-on rule in cricket, they don't just concede the match. Even though winning under those circumstances is just as unlikely as winning a frame from 3 snookers down, perhaps less likely. I don't like Bingham much but I can't blame him for doing everything he can to win every frame. In addition, as much as I love Ronnie (he is my favourite player, and I'm hoping he wins the 8th this year) he gets very clearly frustrated when the game slows down and doesn't always have patience with snookers. As an opponent it's legitimate to use that to try and win frames. The game doesn't have to be played to his aggressive style and as much as I'm bored by the Selby, Ebdon, Bingham types slowing the game and grinding the opponent into submission it's still a legitimate way to win.

Tbh I love Ronnie, and when I witnessed Bingham carrying on, I thought it was a bit bizarre, but do you guys remember when Ronnie went through a phase a few years back where he'd just carry on after 3/4 snookers were required nearly everything game lmao.

@@omwu1307 "probably at Friday". Not at all, the second session will be played in afternoon, while the third session will start right after in the evening, with semifinals starting on friday, the next day

@@omwu1307 Yeah, I know, it doesn't make sense, but I guess they made it that way, since their portion of the draw started the tournament the latest (tournament began in Saturday, yet their first session started four days later)
