To everyone who has met my cousin Ben Menchaca I have a heavy heart as I'm typing that he has passed away .. please keep him and our family in your prayers, thank you all for your support!!
Another inspirational video. It's not always greener on the 'other side' of RU-vid fame and Ben continues to always edify those who have been around him supporting his success. Hail Pro cannot be happier for Ben and his success. We're looking forward to the best yet to come in 2022. Special thank you to Dmitry for highlighting such a genuine individual to influence the rest of the industry. We need more Ben Menchaca's in the world to inspire the next generation. - Jordan Fox, CEO, Hail Pro.

Hi there Dimitri I would love to be a interview podcast with you I’ve been doing business person to person for 14 years I did 2, million my second year 3 million my third year #johnycash
Being knowledgeable is important in sales. Books are a great way to expand your daily thought patters and vocabulary which will lead to having better conversations because you learn to understand the person you are speaking with. Pause before answering questions and answering in a flowing manner with no hesitation and honestly. That's a characteristic to have when selling roofs and getting bread.
I got to meet him in person at Roofcon. I don’t think he really knows how influential he is to people who didn’t think they could do it. He made me make my move and now I’m kicking ass just a year later.
You always have opportunity to work insurance roofing claims in CO. I am in CO. You just have to be willing to drive and pay for a hail mapping service. I use hail recon. You do not need a new storm. There are overlooked neighborhoods areas for the taking.
Take self inventory of what you could work on to get sharper. Commit to one area. Seek out information pertinent to that area. Network with groups in the winter to create opportunities in the spring. Work on the mind and the activity will follow. Take time to get certain in your goals. Hope this helps.
You don’t mind competition but complaining about someone knocking behind you and getting the sale. It’s a dog eat dog world is what everyone in sales say. It happens to everyone. It’s called competition. 😂
I would like to be invited to come in and do an interview as a new roofing sales tech with no experience And then some time later we can do another interview and see what the two-part series brings
I wonder if, "getting money out of the way", is about taking peoples money. Abundance mentality is just making it more expensive for the consumer. These guys are not roofing expert they are good old fashion hustlers.
I always call in the claim for the homeowner, but with them on speaker and fully participating. Usually at that point they've asked me "what do we need to do next?" Best to strike while the iron is hot.
