You both may have already considered this, but I mention it in respect that it will give you Maximum Power. Your Battery storage bank will be big, but it will also be a back up if things get tight ? Your piece of property looks so serene and relaxing. I suppose you might end of showing your property to visitors to make an extra buck, via tourism. Once you start building structures, adding powerlines to your property, property taxes are going to increase I bet. But your land will be more valuable if you ever wanted to sell it to the right buyer.

That's very smart to bring your other hand tools because you never know don't forget to bring your files to sharpen your chain on your little chainsaw that's a must. I would not mock that little saw that is a handy little tool
