Hi Edward, I do appreciate a lot your videos. I would like to know if by any chance you have a video about how to draw a "California Roof" (I think the best way to describe a "California Roof" would be to "built/draw" a Gable Roof over an existing perpendicular Gable Roof); I've been trying different ways to extend a gable roof over another perpendicular gable roof without success. I'll appreciate any idea on how to draw a "California Roof". Thank you!

дорогой друг хороший урок ,но у меня не получаетсядовести многослойную стену до линии крыши, почемуто многослойная стена отказывается автоматически проецироваться на линию крыши. а если я прецирую на полилинию получаются уступы сосмежными стенами. что мне делать?

Thanks for watching. Trusses in ACA in general can be time consuming to model , i.e. individual truss members. You can watch my video on wooden structure to get some ideas ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-FkJU5CLQgaQ.html . Otherwise, you could just model to a LOD 200 standard and do detail views like I did in my video on detail veiws ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-zxixHN87-38.html .
@@TDVision_U I technically dont need the truss information for the type of work that I do. What I am looking for is more of a raised heel truss type of look so that when I build a section using the section command that the Underside of soffit is inline with the top of plate. I am in Canada so we typically use raised heel trusses now to allow for more attic insulation at the exterior walls.
Got it. I think you could perhaps extend your walls a little bit higher. There's a way to edit the walls and add extra component at the top of the wall, but I haven't done a video on that as yet.
