I LOVE THIS!!! i am trying to shift to the MCU right before me and him get bit (6 months before civil war), I am peters twin. 12.18.20. ok so I tried Alice in wonderland method and I didn't have that much tingling, something that was kinda weird/cool was that I was visualizing NYC and cars passing and a couple times the car sounds from this video perfectly matched up with the picture in my head. so I fell asleep, and I woke up at almost 3am due to the blanket pushing my keyboard and turning the brightness all the way up, scalding my poor sleep deprived eyes... 1-5-21 forget about this comment, I have not shifted yet :/

Me, searching for a ambience video which isn't just white noise,has people talking- but not too loud or too quiet,has some background noises- but not too subtle but not too shocking, has a calm energy listening to it and doesn't give me a head ache- but also gives a bit of unsettlingness so I can snuggle up to my weighted blanket and feel even more comfy and also not too short video but not too long and not too much rain but still has a bit of that thunderstorm feeling in it: ok so uhm, 5 years later... Still Searching since the only perfect one I found got deleted 🙃
