Rookie racing the high banks of Toccoa Raceway. In tonight's video we travel to Toccoa Raceway in Toccoa Georgia for the make up race from July 4th. The high banks of Toccoa provide some high speed racing in all divisions. After repairing the 602 Longhorn from a racing incident on Friday night Bryson is ready to tackle the high banks in the 602 rookie division. The rookie class is only allowed 3 laps for hot lap/qualifying and on lap one Bryson enters turn 1 with a flat right front tire which sends him straight to the wall. The contact with the wall results in damage to the right rear quarter, decking and spoiler. With help from Parris Simmons crew along with Tucker Anderson and multiple other teams the Longhorn racecar was rebuilt to the best condition possibly to make the feature. With qualifying messed up due to the crash Bryson would start in the 11th position for the feature. Bryson made a few mistakes on track but settled in and was able to get back his rhythm to make his way to the front. After a few cautions and some great driving Bryson makes his way into 4th position, with a small mistake entering turn 1 Bryson falls to the 5th position and would finish the feature in 5th position for the night. We are so proud of Bryson and the effort he gives behind the wheel.
