By the way, Titan offered a partial refund for the damage - $90. I wanted more, but I'll let you decide if that is fair or not. It's something, but I never would've purchased it in this condition at any price. Just way too hard to return this heavy thing, so I'm stuck with it. I don't think I'll buy from Titan again, but if you think $90 is a fair partial refund, I am not discouraging you from purchasing from them.
