I am so glad that Evie is getting her own room and a refuge place for her to go to get rid of the stress etc. hugs to Evie. I love Auroa's new room- she has her own space too. Way to go guys- and still create new memories. Tristan- I never seen you work so fast when building Aurora's new Bed.

Tristan is a sweet person and Aurora loves him. Evie is a great girl and always helping. Your kids are amazing.

I love the fact that you have given the girls their own rooms as close as they are . Evie is a tween and I know when our girls were that age they really needed their space . Our daughters are 14.5 months apart but they only shared a room when they were baby/toddler age .

It is SO nice of the older brothers to help even though they have all of their own new home to organize!!

I love that Kylie is going to help with Evie's room.

The room looks great!! While I was expecting for Evie to get Max's old room considering it has a bathroom and Evie is a growing girl & it would have been perfect, I love the idea of making that little nook in the wall a sort of play area for Aurora because all of her toys can be contained in that space & keep the rest of the room clean. I'm so glad that you guys separated the two girls. Before Evie came into the family, it was said that she was closer to Aurora's age but their age gaps are not very close. Their interests are pretty different as well. I CANNOT wait to see what you guys do with Evie's room. I hope she gets lots of new stuff too!

I love the way Tristan interacts with all the kids. Typical older brother teasing the younger ones. But he does it in such a loving manner. And all the kids, especially the little ones respond so positively. They feel so safe with him. The big protective brother all little girls want. All your boys are like that that. The big ones So loving with the little ones and play so easily with them. It always see seems to come easily for big sisters to have great relationships with little sisters. Evie and Aurora are the furthest apart in terms of development of the children who share a room. It makes the most sense to separate the two. They also both have very different needs, especially when it comes to a room. it was the best decision 👍🏻

I was shocked to see that Hannah wasn't a part of this. She has always been the room makeover partner with Crystal. And especially being a little girl's room I thought for sure a Hannah touch would be amazing!

Love the IDEA 💡 of the mattress in the bottom bunk of Autora’s new bed and then Scarlett has the perfect place to stay when she spends the night. Also, Evie is growing so fast she may need a full size bed soon! ❤ Love how Autora’s room turned out and can’t wait to see what Evie’s room becomes. Kylie is the perfect person to help with that! Tristan is such a sweet big bro - the bonding between your family is precious and they love helping each other ❤

I recommend a galaxy light projector for Evie's room. They're really good for people with sensory needs and you change change the colour settings and speed of the ceiling animations!

I think you made the right decision. Aurora is high energy and loves to play. Her new room is perfect for that. Plus since she is the youngest, she will be the last to move out, and this room can grow with her. This family is the best thing to happen to Evie and vice versa. Having her own safe space will help her grow and flourish❤

That is a great idea. Just a suggestion. I did a decompression area for my daughter who is on the Autism spectrum. Something we did was a loft bed and under the bed was the decompression area.

I think that the universe is telling your family to stay where you are. The children seem happy, they have plenty of room to play and have family get togethers. Many rooms to share and have their own rooms. This house has been through so many room changes butI must say that this room seems so perfect for Aurora. I would hate to see her have to move again or Jaime and Evie who will just be getting settled into her new sensory room.

A sensory swing would be super cool for evie, exited to see the room make over!

With Aurora’s amazing new bunk bed I would get her beddy’s bedding ~ it will be so much easier for her to keep her bed neat!

I love how the older boys are doing so much more for the younger kids. Alex always did that and so did Lucas but I think having Tristan in the mix has added so much for your family. I’m also glad your having Kylie help do Evie’s room but honestly let Kylie just work her magic and you won’t be disappointed. Does this mean the house is off the market?

I love how well the toy organiser cabinet turned out - I was sceptical of the sparkles because sometimes glittering things turns out really uneven, but of course you are a pro at sparkles so it came out amazingly! When I was a kid my best friend had that same IKEA cabinet (I think just the plain wood one) and I was always jealous because it seemed really cool and we did climb up it like stairs and sit at the top, so its definitely a fun one to have as a kid! Also, as someone who loves building furniture, I loved Tristan's enthusiasm for putting the bed together because I feel like you two are probably a bit fed up building beds for all these makeovers, so that must've been refreshing!

I love pink so I think the room looks amazing! And thanks for the room tour Aurora! I wouldn't be brave enough to go down the slide head first! That is actually a really good idea to have a bunk bed for sleepovers with Scarlett. Maybe even Ariana would wanna come to a sleepover in Auroras house?! Also, it sounds like a good idea to give the little girls their own rooms! Evie is at the age where you might need a bit more privacy, and sharing with a younger sister can be a little challenging at that age. Also if she's needing a calm space to recharge, maybe a room full of Barbies and kitchen toys and a million of other toys isn't the best idea 😅 I'm so excited to see what Kylie comes up with for her! Evie always seem so helpful and kind and like such a sweet sister, she definitely deserves her own space!

I love the room makeover. We had that same IKEA storage and actually did use them as steps for daughter to get onto her bunk bed because she didn’t care for the straight up and down. The pink turned out awesome. And the stuffed pup, we called ours lil’ Molly.

Defo a good choice on the bed I would keep the bottom bunk as the Scarlett has a bed when she stays the night ❤

Hi Crystal as an adult female with high functioning autism, a school teacher and former foster mum I just wanted to say that what you are doing for Evie's room will make a huge difference to her sensory needs, quiet thinking times and active thinking times. When she is active thinking having fidgets, different texture items etc will help. I wasn't diagnosed until I was 32 and I was relieved because it explained why I struggled socially. I was compared to my older sister so I always thought I wasn't good enough which still impacts my confidence to this day at 46 years old. I was constantly masking to fit in and aroud Evie's age I went through a time where I noticed more than ever my differences but I couldn't find the words to express that to my parents even though I told them everything and any thing. We had just moved from a small town into a huge city so that impacted me as well. In your videos Evie is such a kind, loving and giving girl and is obviously so loved by all her family. Thank you both (Crystal and Aaron) for giving her the love and stability she deserves. God Bless your special hearts. Xx

The Maddie dog from IKEA is the same one my Grandson had as a tot! He had the large one at his home and the Aurora sized one at our house. It bought back memories of when he was little. Also love your idea of a sensory room for Evie! My sons primary school has a sensory room he could go to if it got to much and he hated the dark, so at home we had multicoloured twinkle star lights in his bed room, that helped him sleep. Jenx 🇬🇧

We built a room for our daughter and the best thing we did was get a tent for the bed (amazon). It is her safe space. When she needs to be left alone she zips it up and we know that talking is off limits. It helps her ignore all the things that are overloading her. Can't wait to see what you and Kylie do - maybe I'll get some ideas for updating my daughter's room.
