Why does everyone assume every SNL cast member writes their own sketches? Samberg wrote the digital shorts, Hader and Seth Meyers obviously wrote stuff. But random female cast members like Nasim Donknowherlastname aren’t writing shit.

@@mikecantreed cast members actually do write for themselves, especially if they're new to the cast like Nasim was. Otherwise they wouldn't get on the show. Writers will generally put people like Kristen Wiig or Kenan in every sketch, not somebody they dont know.
