2 questions: 1. Can you get the Scanner (NVCS-3000) before beat A-1000, like for example, if you go close to the symbol at the starting lobby? 2. After beating A-1000 and get the scanner, is the scanner permanent? By the way, I just beat A-1000 today!

The scanner is almost impossible to obtain you need to reach A-1000 while A-10,A-50,A-60,A-60’,A-40,A-100,A-120,A-200,A-200’,A-250,A-90 and A-90’ are attacking

you forgot to mention that if silent mode is enabled then the charge will go away 5x times faster
