Just more motivation to make the lost rooms. (An actually good have I want to make) Although to be honest this was probably for the better the game caused a lot of problems
What really bugs me is that the game is private so the gamepasses I bought won't even be refunded unless it's deleted completely or brought back so hopefully the 2nd option happens.
Honestly I don't think the rooms community will die with these two games dying, it'll just evolve. RLD and IR were both entity spam games, and the less we have of those, the more room we have for traditional rooms fangames, and better ones in general.
I've recently acquired a taste for Rooms fangames, and it's lowkey depressing to see so many games be recommended to me only to find out that they've been closed. I hope nothing like this ever happens to Rooms & Doors.

rooms fangames keep getting privated for, like, no reason I’m not taking about RLD or IR, since that’s understandable, but some fangames like Vertical Rooms, with barely any players in the first place, just get… privated. And there’s no explanation why.
also these are my fav games ir and rld but since there closed i had no other thing to play exept R&D rooms fixed expanded and rooms reoponded (i of course played rooms fixed expanded cuz i like it the most
Theres this game that might have a chance at bringing the rooms community back, but the chances are still low as it shuts down frequently but the game is still amazing. The game is Rooms Reopened
i don't play rooms games but they seem hella boring, it's just the same as the regular rooms except they copy pasted A-60, gave it more earrape, changed its color and called it a day, would be better if someone actually made an original rooms game that isnt just the same rainbow colored earrape monster in every room
