To get the mix right you need a proper structure behind Ten Hag to get recruitment done right. The glazers have done so much damage - a structure that plays 80 odd million for a 28 million player, get Evans in instead of kim min jay, has a medical dept so unfit for purpose that there have been 70 odd injuries.
