Yup I think it would be safer if it was legalized. Because these people are often first in line for abuse and also many known serial killers. I think it could actually HELP law enforcement catch more weirdos if people could call & know they won't be arrested. It's ridiculous that anyone,no matter what they do can't call the cops when someone assaults or robs them. They're not immune to legal rights just because of the profession smh and criminalizing it does just that, keep them underground and silent slaves to the game.
