This is fantastic. One of my largest headaches is dealing with conveyed recycled aggregate belts. Often belts will mis track so badly they rip themselves and destroy the flexco splicing.

Great. Can you make a training program for this subject(daignosis-maintenance -...) Several problems happend recently in our factory (cut the convayor belt).

Why would a belt track straight going forward but misaligned when going backwards?

There could be a few reasons why this may happen. Most likely, it could be a roller alignment or loading problem. If this is highly problematic, our reversing belt tracking device might be a great option. To pin down the exact reason why this belt is mistracking as you describe, we would need to take a closer look.
