I think a trials bike would do great on some of these hard enduros with impossible hillclimbs that the guys just fly up and off. You could just crawl up past them. With a young rider of course. The big bikes they use are just too big for them to handle in those conditions.
This was a treat as usual! Love it that you know your limitations but goes at it all the same even if it means the last spot in your group. Respect from me that would love to ride from time to time but don't have the money or energy for all the other things beside from riding.
Wow I was expecting a much more technical course for Roots of Doom. I tried some laps on a rocky/rooted tech course on my Montesa 280 and thought I was flying! Checked the watch and was consistently behind by 30 seconds on a four minute lap 🤣 Kudos to you man! 🤘
Awesome! Rocking it on the trials bike! I like the addition of the rear cam this time. I didn’t realize you were using a helmet mic. Did the battery die? Also, did you have to swap batteries on the GoPro? I only got an hour out of mine and laps take me 1:20:00. Good tip around 0:30 about not splitting up groups chasing each other. I never thought about it like that but had a couple guys let the guy I was chasing though and then cut back in and it was a little ARRRRRGGGG!
