My Gosh it’s so good to see real Americans working a REAL ranch. I did it years ago as a ranch hand and I got to leave and go home when working calves was done. THIS, is people making their livelihoods by raising cattle, kids and memories. Teaching these kids young will show them work ethic is a necessity. You don’t see them on a iPhone, their not playing video games, their riding with mom and dad doing REAL work. I’ll bet my house these boys will turn into great young men!

I am Farley new to your channel. Love them all. I tell you what. That little Reggie. That boy is a full time job. Love that little kiddo. Reminds me of me when I was his age. Same hair color also. Open range roping is like hunting Elk. Perfect place to shoot an Elk. Right next to the truck.

Also, loved how the oldest came and grabbed HIS horse to take care of when he got done closing gates. He wasn’t about to let dad take care of his horse, he wanted to do that himself. much respect young man……much respect.

When Mom told the little guy not to drive the truck, right away in my head I heard him saying "I'm dead", Your son throws that rope better than I ever did, not that I was good ever but he sure has a good throw. We got about 5 inches of snow with a layer of ice under it, would rather have the rain. I hope you all stay safe and healthy.

I love roping events at the rodeo but roping out on the ranch is so much more real to me. Smart cattle handling getting the calves close to the trailer. The only way it could've been better is if the calves were waiting right there for the trailer to be opened up and walk straight in! Likely scenario right? 😁 I liked the addition of the B-roll in the video. Keep the videos coming guys!

Being an ex cattle man, I completely understand wanting a simple catch and load when it comes to cattle. But I think it's just a pipe dream. Being I typed this before watching the video, I pray your dreams come true. P. S. I forget to like your videos most of the time, but I haven't seen one yet I didn't like. Keep sharing them. Awesome job. Went really smooth. Hopefully you guys get some rain with this 2nd big storm coming in Cali. Heard Mammoth is suppose to get near 96 inches of snow after the 3rd storm and Tahoe should have about 73". We need it like you guys. These farmers are hurting here too. Just hope you can protect your hay.

We got some snow and A Lot of wind. Makes miss the southern Nevada weather this time of year. If the wind keeps up all the snow will be in western Nebraska before long... Great video.

Love your shows guys, I've been bed ridden for way over a year now, seeing your weekly events helps keep me here. Take care and I look forward to your next one. Owe BTW most think due to me being in bed I must be an old bloke, so far that's not the case, but can feel it creeping up lol. Broke my neck C5-6 three unsuccessful surgery I suffer chronic pain and well I can still walk that's a bonus. Look forward to your Xmas shoes. Love the way your better half works away with you, a busy lady I must say, but definitely your better half.

@@anchorbrandranch way back in 1990 I was on a construction job they were moving iron beams, one slipped from a sling and hit my head on its way down, as you'd expect I woke in hospital, that was the beginning of the end for me. I struggle with each day as calcium spurs are growing around the cage the Dr fitted, some time later 2000 I had a fusion below the cage and screws. That land is what, a cow and calf per section ? Where i did my Cowboy days it was 20 cow's with calves per acre ! I don't know how you do it. Keep up the good work !

Green thumb--Believe it or not, about 30 to 35 years ago down in West Palm Beach, Florida, some woman complained that there was a sign JUST LIKE this one on her street and complained at a commission meeting about how that sign made her children appear as mentally backward. She was successful in having the sign removed, and it was replaced with one that used the word "caution". Well, I always chuckle when I see these signs, because I always have wished that some wag in the department of roads for the county had replaced the original with one that read: "CAUTION SLOW CHILDREN AT PLAY". Cheers.
